Security for every online asset is now a primary concern among the website owners. Today I will not go into much details about how you can secure your WordPress website as there are many methods by which you can secure your WordPress websites, I have written a post on this topic before & you can view at this ‘How to secure your WordPress website’
So back to the topic. Mostly hacking attempts starts from breaking the password of admin console of WordPress. We can secure our admin access by following two ways (Might be there are more).
1. Changing of default URL of admin to something else. It means default URL is www.yourwebsite.com/wp-adminso change it to something like this www.yourwebsite.com/gh789/. How can you do this? Just install this security plugin and there you will find a section to tweaks default WordPress setting and you can easily change the URL just in 2 mins.
2. After changing the Url of admin access now it’s a time to secure second mail thing the password input field. I would suggest using Clef login plugin to disable all username and passwords in WordPress & login via image recognition technique provide by the clef mobile app.
